Jessica is an avid hiker, mountain climber, river rafter, yoga practitioner and wilderness explorer!  Since 2002 she has thru-hiked the entire lengths of the Pacific Crest Trail, Appalachian Trail, and the Continental Divide which completed her Triple Crown in 2007. On the shorter fare, she's completed the Arizona Trail and has logged thousands of miles on foot through the Pacific Northwest mountains and trails.  Most recently, she summited all 5 of Washington state's volcanoes concluding with Glacier Peak and Mt. Baker summer of 2017.   From summit peaks to valleys below,  Jessica's outdoor passion leads her to the white water on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon and both Middle and Main forks of the Salmon in Idaho!

Jessica practices yoga daily since 2004.  Not only is she a certified yoga teacher since 2011 in the system of the Ghosh lineage, she holds a WA state teacher certificate in education focusing on mathematics and science. She loves kids, teaching and tutoring as well volunteering much of her time with a local outdoor organization helping kids build grit and character through  www.goyeti.org.
